Technical Director Liam Saunders has completed RIBA’s accredited Principal Designer course. Aligned with Building Safety Act, the completion of the course is part of our continuing drive to increase skills following the introduction of the new dutyholder regime, and demonstrate competence. Liam oversees the provision of technical support to all project teams and is responsible for the development of in-house standards, the implementation of Building Regulations Principal Designer services.
