Iffley Road

Hammersmith

The sensitive CAT A conversion of a former mission hall in West London to become an open-plan co-working development. This Grade II listed building in a conservation area retains its elegant neo-gothic facades and decorative internal roof structure while removal of non-original partitions has opened up the original length of the hall. New mezzanine floor plates increase workspace provision to 7,000sqft, naturally lit via new rooflights and the existing clerestory lantern overhead. Site monitoring works by Neil Davies Architects. Photography by Morley von Sternberg.
