Currently on site, Ealing Park Tavern project is a multi-unit residential scheme on the site of a historic pub located opposite Claypond Gardens in Ealing.
HUT took the project on at RIBA Stage 4, and worked up as full Technical Design package and are now working on a novated basis under D&B procurement for the main contractor, Volute.
The project consists of an extensive refurbishment and retrofit of the building, reinvigorating the existing pub interiors and garden.
In addition to this a series of extensions enable the provision of eight new flats on the upper stories. The existing stable house is also reconfigured and upgraded to form a stand alone house.
