HUT have certified practical completion at this family home in Bromley, South London. The project involves a rear & side extension containing kitchen and dining space, and a new guest shower room. The addition brings a sleek, distinctively modern aspect to this traditional semi-detached house. The extension mimics the angles of original bay features in form and uses standing seam zinc cladding. Generous minimal glazing and a large exterior deck bring the family into contact with the garden and long tree-lined views. We’ve included some ‘before’ photos below to show the transformation!
