St John Street

HUT have won planning permission for a mixed-use project on St John Street, Farringdon, which comprises a rear extension & works to the roof creating a luxury duplex penthouse with a terrace. The works also involve an extensive refurbishment to create a duplex commercial unit to the ground and basement floors with 3 new residential micro-apartments to the upper levels. These images show the reconfigured street-facing facade and our work on interior material colours & palettes.
