Planning has been granted for the refurbishment of 80-85 Tottenham Court Road by the London Borough of Camden. The project, delivered for BPS & Puresonte Capital, is located in the heart of London’s West End. The refurbishment transforms an existing commercial building to meet the expectations of today’s workplace while significantly enhancing its environmental performance. The project revitalises the building through a series of carefully considered architectural interventions that improve the arrival experience, elevate tenant amenities and refresh the building’s street presence.
