A big ‘welcome’ to the 2025-26 Build the Way trainees!
Build The Way is a nine month entry-level architecture traineeship providing an alternative and accessible route into a career designing and making buildings, spaces, cities, and communities. Over 9 months, trainees learn the fundamentals of architecture, how to communicate thoughts and illustrate ideas. Trainees also develop key transferable professional qualities such as time management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
HUT is delighted to welcome our new trainee Miku Ikeda-MacDermott. We look forward to working together over the next nine months.
