Clapham Quarter featured in Architects’ Journal

HUT’s Clapham transformation project is showcased in the Architects’ Journal, turning an underused 2700sqm car park into 36 new homes. A big thank you to the AJ and Frances Williams for the feature!

Huge thanks to our client Matthew Rosson at Landhold Developments, and a shout-out to the brilliant HUT team, Todd Courtney, George Jamieson and Rachael Crichton, along with our fantastic consultant partners, Harley Haddow, Amtaargc, Iceni Projects, Sweco, Semper, Outerspace and Johnson Associates.

London faces a clear challenge: meeting housing targets while unlocking the potential of small, awkward brownfield sites. By prioritising exceptional living spaces, strong green connections, and high daylight and outlook on a highly constrained site, we created more value for our SME developer and stunning homes to be proud of, adding value and mitigating risk.

If you want to ensure you make the most of your site’s value, do get in touch. We offer smart, practical assessments to help unlock a site’s potential.
