We are delighted to announce you that three of HUT’s projects have been short-listed for the AJ Retrofit Awards 2017. Both the standard and volume of entrants were extremely high this year and therefore these three projects have been shortlisted into brand new categories. 20 Midtown, Print Works House and Welbeck Works have been shortlisted for ‘New Offices 2,000m²-10,000m²’, ‘Offices under 2,000m²’ and ‘Retrofit Housing Award Under £5m category’. We can’t wait to join the celebrations and be amongst the first to discover the successful projects in each of the categories awarded at the event, as well as the overall Project of the Year winner. This year’s ceremony will take place at The Brewery, London on the evening of the 13th September 2017. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
